Life is paradoxically coincidental to the ironical tyranny applicable to the unparalleled... Quote

I came across this quote today. It’s attributed to Douglas Adams, but I don’t see it on any general lists of his quotes and I couldn’t find the quote in any of his books. Does anyone know the origin of this quote, and/or have the ability to parse out its meaning?

“Life is paradoxically coincidental to the ironical tyranny applicable to the unparalleled definition of reverse entropy”

I think he’s saying life is quirky, because it involves local entropy reversal.

Life is actually capable of forcing order out of chaos.

From a typically Adamsian perspective, this is ironic, given how chaotic our lives are. We may have the capability of creating order…but just try to organize a church social and see how vastly powerful are the forces of chaos.

That seems to make sense. I still can’t figure out if he said it or if it comes from one of his books or something, or if it is a misattribution…

It sounds more like someone trying to imitate Douglas Adams, and failing.

Right, like all the random glurge misattributed to George Carlin.
