Limited Slip Differential: Helical vs disc-type [Edited title]

I am thinking of installing an LSD on my Citroen C4 and there are two available for my gearbox (BE4), a helical made by Quaife and a disc-type made by Bacci Romano.

What is the difference between them in terms of driveability, response etc.? I would like to hear from people who have first-hand experience from both types of differentials.

I don’t know anything about cars, but if you want answers, you may want to change the title of this thread to not use the acronym. I think most people here don’t understand “LSD” as anything to do with cars.

Have a nice trip.

Thread title edited to clarify subject (which I had to look up). Also, since the OP is looking for personal experiences, this is better suited for IMHO than GQ.
