Lion Loose in Eastern England

BBC TV is reporting that residents of eastern England are being advised to stay indoors after credible reports of a lion roaming loose. BBC website story here. Seems to be the St Osyth area.

Stay safe!

Has he no pride?

Good one!

Man, these invasive species are really getting out of hand.

Oh my!

Damnit Leaffan you’re ahead of cue again. FIRST we release the lion, then the tiger then the bear and THEN you jump in.

Er… hypothetically of course.

Seems kind of appropriate, really.

Too bad it’s not winter. They could make a movie out of it.

The Daily Mail claims to have a picture, then inside the article they say it is fake

He has trouble with premature ejokeulation.

You mean someone was lion?

Looks like a false alarm. Update here. Two holidaymakers ''saw a large cat and a lion ‘was the first thing that came to mind’." No word on how the breatalyzer test came out.

But you never know. There was a tiger running loose near San Francisco a few years ago.

I thought big cat sightings weren’t that uncommon in some areas. Exotic pets gone feral or something?

It’s not a tame lion.

Or in Scotland. There’s a device specifically designed for trapping lions in the highlands.

I guess I’m not the only one wondering where the lions are…

Lemme get my rocket launcher.

Richard the Lionheart, reincarnated in a more… literal form, has come to take back the kingdom that is rightfully his!

Now they need someone to report a unicorn wandering around with the lion, propping up shields and the like.

Honi soit qui mal y pense!
