On the upper left of the page, under “search the database for”, click the dropdown arrow next to All and select Bios
In the box for a search argument, type knighted
Hit Enter or Click the Go! button.
There are 80 entries. I have no idea whether that is anything close to exhaustive.

Guinastasia, Dame Judi Densch would count, as the OP asked for people who have been knighted, not just men. I would consider Densch, as well as Dames Mae Whitty, Agatha Christie and Judith Anderson. Those are the only females I can think of at this time (and is by no means an exhaustive list!)
