Listening To Sirius Radio on a cell phone

Now that one can listen to Howard Stern on the internet (if you are a Sirius subscriber), I want to be able to hear the show via a cell phone that has a internet connection.

What type of cell phone plan is the most economical to do this?

Thanks!

Why not just listen to Sirius?

You’ll have to ask cell phone service providers for the cheapest service to meet your perceived needs.

What time of day is Stern on? (I’m a Sirius customer but I don’t listen to his show.) Verizon’s default data plan just uses phone minutes, so if you’re using it at night or on the weekends, it’s free.

Sirius doesn’t have a truly portable system. Their S-50 allows you to listen to a show that you recorded, but you can’t listen to a live broadcast unless you are actually in your vehicle or at home.

A cell phone connection would allow you to carry the phone in your pocket and listen wherever you are.
