For those of you who use Live Journal and are following a low carb plan, I’ve created a support community here. A large majority of my LJ friends belong to SDMB, so I dubbed the community sdmb_lowcarb…anyone in LJ who happens across it is welcome to participate, but I’m guessing it will stay mainly SDMB people.
So, if you’re on one of the many low carb programs and you’d like a place to check in with your progress, ask for advice, etc., then c’mon over.
