I have 10 memory chips I want to sell. I know for sure that one of them is bad, but I don’t know which one.
I live in North Hollywood, I’m going to Santa Monica later today. Anyone know of a place I can just pop in and get the memory tested? Or is there an ultra cheap nearly free piece of equipment I could pick up on Ebay?
Thanks!

I assume you are selling them as a lot in which case you can just explain one is bad and you are selling “as is”.

You’d be hard pressed to find a store with a memory tester anymore- memory modules are just too cheap these days to even bother with.
Most shops do not have this because cheap ones run around $1,000, unless you are dealing with dozens of return/warranty issues a day they probably don’t bother.
You can use memtest86 on a computer to test the modules. Install them one at a time.
