Fascinating!
I call bullshit. He tripped over it in shallow waters, and it’s supposed to have been there for 150 million years? When monster-hunters have been scouring that area for decades, just looking for something “unusual”? I say it’s planted.
yeah, the guy at the bottom of the BBC article says people have planted items before.
As a follow up, Loch Ness Monster…
Lost dinosaur hidding in the depth of the Loch?
or
Scam to bring the tourists in?
;¬)
I’ve been to Loch Ness. It was really… boring. Seriously, never go.
I’d say there’s a very strong possibility that the whole thing is made up by the guy who says he found it.
I’d like to see an analysis of the rock in which the fossil is embedded - I’m betting it will be found to originate somewhere far away.
Do they still sell Nessie Burgers? Its been awhile since I was there but I’m curious.
