I really did have a fabulous time. Coldie, Yojimbo, LaurAnge and Scott were all perfect houseguests. No one threw up on the carpet or anything! Although I suspect one of you of subterfuge since the water main in our house burst this morning and flooded out the garage. On my first day in my new job. I had to go to the gym to have a shower.

(My first day went well today btw, for those who care.)

I’m so glad the day on Saturday went smoothly and I’m going to remember the cunning trick of having afternoon culture right by a pub, for those who prefer the yeast kind :wink:

Phillip and Mortimer (The Travelling Sheep) are missing everyone greatly, although Mortimer is now on his way around the world, safely tucked into LaurAnge’s backpack.

In no particular order:

L-C - it was a pleasure to meet you at last. You’re a fine upstanding gentleman.

Tansu - you’re purty. It was a joy to see you again.

Steve Wright - you are my very favourite chair/geek.

Fierra - glad to hear the good news via email :slight_smile:

QueenAl - fabulous to talk with you. Hope you had a good time at the club.

Ianzin - it was a pleasure as always. I promise at the next Londope I won’t ask you to do a single trick. You just bring out the kid in me :smiley:

Twisty and Tir - you’re the loveliest couple I know. Tir - we should go out for pints. Twisty - it was so great to see you again. You’re as handsome as ever.

Kferr - my favouritest tall man. I like just about everything about you. I’d say we should go out for pints but, well, people would just stare.

Casdave- once again we didn’t get to talk enough. I wish we did though. At least we didn’t actually lose you this time :slight_smile:

ObiWan - A pleasure as always. You’re one of the most interesting people I know. I think if you were my maths teacher I would’ve done a lot better at school.

Crusoe - lovely to see you again, and lovely to have you with us as the only other person to know where the pub is. Remember I was going to point you towards a t-shirt site I thought you’d like? It Is What It Is.

kabbes - we missed you. Next time you must promise to come.

So yeah. I hope everyone had a good time and it looks like everyone managed to get home without being ravaged by wolves. Here’s to the next one!

Indeed… I have an amazing ability to spill non-alcoholic liquids at 10 paces (I never spill beer!)

And just to put you straight, I wanted another Guinness [sub](though god knows I’d had enough already!)[/sub], and couldn’t be arsed to drink the coke, so rather then leave a perfectly good pint of coke, I spilt it so we could all enjoy the wonders of near-fatal slippery floor and soggy legs… honest!

Ianzin I will bring much glitter for you next time, and maybe some false eyelashes and a nice frock too if you’re lucky… :wink:

Frannie You rock! Twisty and I will definatly be coming to see you in October, and if I can get it together moneywise before then, I’ll come up and see you for beer! :smiley:
