Guruardas Singh Khalsa, 32, of Brentwood, Calif., was charged Wednesday with felony suspicion of being an accessory after the fact and obstructing a police officer after he recorded — and shared — a wild, stunt-filled ride and confrontation with a highway patrolman along I-680 between Milpitas and San Jose on Oct. 11.
