I like the automatic toilets and sinks, but I am always disapointed when I have to crank out my own paper towel and open the door by myself. The door thing is the worst. At least most people who touch the paper towel thing are doing so because the just washed their hands, but I have been in a bathroom and seen people come out from taking a shit and then NOT WASH THEIR HANDS!!! They go over and open the door that everone else has to touch. I think if your gonna install automatic sinks and toilets you should go all the way and have aoutomatic paper towel dispenser and an automatic door too. Maybe an automatic ass whiper too 
Yeah, my pet peeve is washroom doors that are installed “backwards” so that you have to pull on the handle to get out. Argh. Doesn’t everybody want a hands-free egress out of a public lavvy?
That’s why I take the paper towel that I use to dry my hands, turn off the faucet(if it’s not an automatic one) and then use it to pull or push the door open. I’m not getting someone else’s shit on my hands. Oh, and the number of colds I get in the winter has seriously dropped.
