My Google-Fu has failed me so I turn to you.
The sketch is set in a mall and features a couple of security guards detaining a couple of white hip-hop kids. After trying reasonable persuasion to convince them to change their ways they pull out the big guns - a full fledged, over-top-top wigga as cautionary example.
Does this sound familiar to anyone and, if so, can you provide a link?

Season 1, Episode 14, the Wannabe sketch. Here’s a description - scroll down a bit. Brian Austin Green played “White Chocolate”, the guy they brought in to scare the kids straight. The sketch ended with the cop giving the kids the “Hootie and the Blowfish” CD. Don’t think the episode is online.
