All over the internet there’s this quote (in German) that’s ascribed to Winston Churchill:
It roughly translates to: “The important bit is getting up one time more often than you’ve been knocked down.”
But so far I’ve been unable to find the original quote, let alone a proper citation.
Any ideas?

They also mention a Japanese proverb: “You fall down seven times, and you get up eight times.”
