I’m pretty sure it was by Toles Today on Tom Toles - GoComics -but when I don’t know. It showed a motorist goggling at a gas station sign advertising gas at hundreds of dollars per gallon, while a service attendant explains that that includes the military, intelligence and foreign aid cost of keeping mideast oil flowing. I couldn’t find it via image search, can anyone help out?
