Several years ago I read an article about a guy that had programmed his own home automation systems. I think the name he gave it was “Sara” or possibly “Sarah”. What I liked about it was that he made it a true home automation system, not just something that turned lights on and off and such. He used RFID tags on everyone’s keychain to unlock the house, and let the computer system greet each person individually. It always knew who was home because of the tags. Does anyone remember reading this article? Or is someone’s Google better than mine that can help me find it? Any help is appreciated.
