Looking for fun things for couples to do (outside the bedroom)

Do you like amusement parks? Those are fun to visit as a couple.

We like to take car trips, too–though we don’t really like getting lost. YMMV.

We also like to go to comedy clubs. Much more fun than a regular bar.

Canoeing. We now have an old canoe we paddle around in, but you can rent them, too. You have to work together there!

Actually, my husband’s idea of a great time is to invite a whole bunch of people over and play games or watch anime. I joke that he doesn’t want to spend any time alone with me! I’m going to be watching this thread for ideas of things we can do as a couple.

Maybe volunteer work or activities would not be considered “fun” to some, but there may be many things you could do together once in a while in your area involving kids, or elderly or animals, or cleaning up the beach, etc.
