There’s this music video that I watched a couple times on YouTube a couple years ago, that I am trying to find again. However, I can’t remember the name of the song, the group, or any of the lyrics. I’m hoping maybe someone else out there can ID it for me.
The song is acoustic, kind of dark and moody, with harmonized vocals. The group is not well-known, at least not to me. The video is shot like a silent film, and tells the story of a man who leaves his wife for another woman. In the video it shows her at home with their child, while he is with the other woman. The mistress tells the man that his wife should “disappear”, and the video ends with the man tossing his wife’s body out of a rowboat.
