Anyone know of a good Korean restaurant in Dallas? I’m dying for some kim chee, and the one I used to frequent (near Love Field) is no more.
I can’t give you a specific restaurant as I live in Fort Worth.
I could point you out to a general area though: 635, near the John Roberts BMW dealership.
When I drive there, I see many many Korean restaurants and buisnesses.
I can point you to a nice Vietnamese place and several very good sushi restaraunts, but Korean…

Your best bet is probably in Garland/Richardson along Walnut Road, or maybe Buckingham. That area has a large Korean community. Not sure on the N/S cross-street though- Plano Rd. maybe? Definitely west of Jupiter though.

I guess what I was looking for was a “we go here all the time and it’s great” kind of thing.
Oh, and it doesn’t specifically have to be Dallas proper, but definitely on the Dallas side of DFW, preferably north of downtown.
Just thinking of Dallas makes me homesick!
I can’t help you with Korean food, but you have to check out Queen of Sheba Ethiopian restaurant on the corner of Lemmon and McKinney.
