I am looking for any/all tattoos using the words “Carpe Gaudium” (Seize the Joy), but all my efforts seem to bring are multiple pages of “Carpe Diem” tattoos. How do I search for what I am actually looking for here?
Use an equal sign before the phrase you want to search for in quote. I see one hit for that searching Google and selecting Images. (And a bunch from an Instagram account by that name.)
