I want to get some turkey day baking done this weekend and I’m looking for delicious pumpkin desserts that freeze well.
Anybody got something they wouldn’t mind sharing?
We often freeze pumpkin cupcakes, pumpkin roll and pumpkin whoopie pies. I think the latter taste even better frozen.

Pumpkin Ice Cream
Well, the heating element went out in my oven over the weekend, so I didn’t get to do any baking anyway. Ice cream sounds pretty good now.
