Looking for the easiest/best recipe software for a PC user

I’d like to get some recipe software for my sister for Christmas, and she is a PC user. I’d also like for it to have an app that she can put on her BlackBerry or iPhone (I think she’s getting an iPhone for Christmas but I’m not certain). She’s a very, very busy person with kids and other responsibilities, so it has to be something crazy easy for her to use. She also mentioned that it would be great if something like this could download a grocery shopping list for a recipe to her phone. Another part of my gift to her is to type up all of her recipe cards into electronic format so that she can upload them.

I use The Recipe Manager for Mac, but I’m pretty sure that there is not a PC equivalent for that software, and I’m also not sure that it’s the most awesome recipe software on earth, so I’d like to find something that excites even me!

Any recommendations?

Yes, I’ve been there. Was hoping for some firsthand user recommendations.

Can’t help you there, but the first one they review sounds pretty thorough. I’m thinking of buying it for myself.

Living Cookbook? I think it sounds good too, but unfortunately it doesn’t have a smart phone app. I think that’s a dealbreaker for my sister.
