We have a forum for people to share the age at which they, personally, lost their virginity. This isn’t it. Does anyone have additional cites to post? Elsewise we can declare this one asked and answered and close the thread.
Speaking for all women, are ya?
It’s an indication of the esteem in which she is held that there hasn’t been a flood of replies offering Guin assistance in . . . err . . . “changing her status.”
I would say that she should feel flattered, except that she’s earned it. The esteem, that is.
James Thurber: “She’s always living in the past. Now she wants to get divorced in the Virgin Islands.”
"Let loose the Virgins of Cuteness and wimpy is he who first cries “Hold, Enough!”
Yes… ALL. 100%
Must have been 8 or 9 at the oldest. The boy next door and the boy next door “experimenting”. His name was David and we had fun in the garage, heh heh heh! To this day, I’m a horny little bastard. Use condoms and lots of lube!
The tricky bit with “average” is that it doesn’t specify whether or not it indicates mean, median, or mode. For the hypothetical case of the ten men and ten women on the island, the range is 0-10, the mean is 1, the median is 0, and the mode is 0.
I’d suspect that “median” is the most likely value for “average” being used in the “the average person has had N partners” evaluation, with “mode” being second most likely. The mean value is the least likely to have useful informational content.
Yes it does. It means ‘mean’.

Given that “average” is frequently used to refer to all three, such pedantry does not provide any useful insight into deciphering statistics.
