After screwing around with an idea for about 9 months, I’ve finally finished designing my next tattoo. It’s been a few years since I’ve had one done, and I don’t know of any quality shops in the L.A. area. Any thoughts?

I got my work done at Purple Panther. Very reasonably priced, clean, well-lit, and my ink is still crisp and clear and smooth. No tattoos for the blind from that shop.
