Lovers of "The Fool's Errand" and "3 in Three": Sequel on the way!

Back in the early days of the Macintosh, one of my favorite game series was by Cliff Johnson. Like puzzle hunts, you are given a variety of puzzles to solve, everything from word searches to cryptograms to jigsaw puzzles (and MUCH more). The answers unlock other puzzles, and may themselves be elements needed to solve a grand “metapuzzle” at the end.

Both of his best works, “The Fool’s Errand” and “3 in Three,” took this formula with different framing stories: the former a fantasy adventure based on the Tarot, and the latter a comedic jaunt into the inner workings of a computer. But this was all back in the Eighties and early 90’s. Not a peep from him since.

Until now. The sequel to “The Fool’s Errand,” “A Fool and His Money,” is now in preorder more on Johnson’s website, with shipping on July 5. And, he promises that if this venture works out, more sequels could be on the way!

So, if you were a fan of the previous games at all, preorder and spread the word!

I loved these games!

Thanks!

Both games I mentioned are available for download on the aforementioned website. If you love puzzles, go download them. NOW. Then preorder.
