Fresh out of exams, my Lacrosse season having ended a few weeks prior, I was notified by my dear mother that I was gaining some weight. I noted this to be true, and reasonable considering I was still eating as though I was in the midst of a sport season.
My dear mother notified me that my because my stepfather works for a certain company, we have a membership at the local country club on the company account, and suggested that I go check it out, as a means of getting a daily workout. I went, and fell in love.
I was a part of a conditioning program before lacrosse, weight lifting and running, so I knew my way around a gym. Here though, I set my own limits. I pushed myself for every rep on 3 circuits through the machines. There were times when my soaking hair fell in my eyes, the beads of sweat running down my arms with every press of the bar. The sweet burn as I finished each set, and that glorious shaky feeling immediately afterwards. I then pulled a mat out, and did 200 ab exercises (4 sets of 25 crunches and likewise for bicycle abs).
Next I walked down the stairs to the cardio room, where I did a 20 minute preprogrammed set on the bike, with continually increasing resistance, with the new Tool CD pounding in my ears, the sweat pouring off me. I am a beast! I am powerful! AAAAAHHHHHH!!!
I will be my svelte self again in no time, and I will be powerful to boot. I will be- UberLucky! I will be like a bull, feared due to my strength. GRAARRR!!
I shall punish myself each day, only to look forward to the next round at the end of each session. I also get to use the steam bath, showers, and amazing assortment of grooming products at the end of each session.
BTW- During the Winter I got my squat to 325, the record for our school. I realize that shows just what a pansy school we are, but I am already known for my beastliness. GRR! Beware, for UberLucky shall roam the streets, and none who do evil shall be safe from my beastly form of justice! GRAAAUUUHHHGGG!!!
