Anyone been using this product? I have a bad time sleeping, always have. I usually just muddle through, take some over the counter stuff from time to time, but I hate to do it because I dont want to become addicted or make things worse.
I keep seeing these commercials and was wondering does anyone have expirence with this, either short or long term. Does it work? Sideeffects? Any hints or tips?

My mom takes it now. She’s been having problems relaxing and getting enough sleep since she had her pacemaker put in. Her cardiologist gave her an Rx for Lunesta to help her get her rest. She’s been taking it for about 2 months and she loves it. She gets her full nights sleep and wakes up actually feeling refreshed. I can only get about 4 hours sleep a night, so she gave me one. Wow. I slept ALL night long. I don’t even recall waking up once! I slept a solid 7 hours after I took it. It worked fast. Within about 20-30 minutes, then, I was out. I may just ask my Dr. for an Rx for them, but I don’t want to get hooked. I don’t know if they’re habit-forming or not.
Please permit a small hijack: I have no experience with this medication, but I like the commercial. Why? The very graceful, large pale insect you see soaring throughout, is called a Luna moth(Actias luna) What with the moth and the trade name being so close, it must’ve been researched, and not mere coincidence.
Glad to know this medication works for you guys, may look into it for my own use.
