What is up with them now a days.
I don’t see much in the news regarding them.
I did a couple of searches and came up with not much.
What is their take on the current situation? Lybia especially seems to be withdrawn.

Times change:
Gadaffi condemned the attacks against the WTC.
Iran is being courted by the anti-terrorist coalition because of its opposition to the Taliban.
Libya gains nothing from supporting the terrorists – that would just piss off the Western countries, but get him very little support locally.
And I believe Iran’s official position is “We condemn the attacks, but we won’t join the coalition”…?
That’s pretty close. Apparently they doubt our ability to formulate a sane approach to the middle east. Their interpretation of recent history supplies them with a wealth of evidence to support that attitude. The Tehran Times does a better job of explaining matters Iranian than the US press does.
Libya doesn’t seem to have an English language paper online.
Iran, for all its faults, do help Muslims who are in imminent danger worldwide. Surprisingly, they kept that policy a secret, until it was revealed as to why the Serbian forces pre-NATO intervention were all of a sudden losing battles. Iranian reinforcements helped out the other side fighting the Serbs.
What, a thank you from the US, plus reducing sanctions and possibly getting some aid, are nothings for Libya to gain?
Ever since we nearly lodged a four hundred pounder up his coal chute Kadaffi has been writing us nothing but love letters. (Not really, but I just coudn’t help myself.)
