I have been to Honolulu a couple of times. I live in the Boston area and I have been to Philadelphia. Count me out on the rest.

And apparently Battle Creek, MI is also a hometown, which I’ve been to.
And I was gonna claim San Francisco as another, but apparently Hunnicut was from Mill Valley.

There’s no cite, but the MASH Wiki claims Sidney is from Brooklyn, specifically.
(I haven’t been to any of the character’s hometowns…I’ve been in New York, Massachusetts, and Maine, but have never been to NYC, Boston, or whatever town is the model for Crabapple Cove (but as a Steven King fan, I am happy that we did spend some time in Bangor).)
