Friday morning bump as a reminder.
We’re half way packed, our plans changed a little, My daughter had major tests today and my son has a field trip, so we are leaving in the late afternoon instead. I am looking forward to meeting everyone.

Just Mapquested directions from there to my sister’s – they say it’s only an hour and a half up Rte. 1 – yay, that simplifies things.

Looking at the page just now, it occurs to me that I have no idea what we’ll be doing. House, Gardens, AND Nature walk? I’m up for whatever, but I’d like to know what sort of shoes to wear.
I’m mostly in it for the gardens and nature walk, esp. since it’s supposed to be another nice day. I’m guessing sneaks will be fine for that – doubt there will be much rough terrain.

Definitely the tiara! After all, looking for a strange geeky bunch of people clearly isn’t clue enough.

I was planning to wear a baseball cap – does the tiara go on top of the cap, or does the cap go on top of the tiara?
I think it should go on top of the cap for this occasion. And then you can let Ben wear it afterward.
Maybe I should just wear my moose hat. I adorned that with a rhinestone necklace on the bill many years ago.

And as for tours, I’m up for anything but the nature walk – I’m not quite ready to do quite that long a walk yet; I’m only 8 weeks out from my new knee, after all. So if you guys want to do the nature walk, whiterabbit and I will probably find a shady place to sit and enjoy a good book or something.

FCM, Papa Tiger is worried about his allergies – he’s having an AWFUL time right now, it seems he’s allergic to everything in Maryland. If he’s so miserable he wants to leave early, can you give whiterabbit a ride home since you’ll presumably be going down Route 2, and that runs within 1/2 mile of our house?
