Mage: The Awakening

I hope this is the place for this kind of question, but I was wondering if anyone here knows anything about White-wolf’s revision/revamping of the Mage RPG system after their “Time Of Judgement” debacle. All I know, at the moment, is that it’s coming out in March of 2005, and might be a supplement to some sort of core-book for the new World of Darkness that they’ll be releasing in the coming months.

So yeah. Any input would be appreciated. Thanks!

The last information I had indicated there would indeed be a single World of Darkness core book, with the various flavors like Werewolf and Vampire each having a specific additional book. The Core and Vampire books were to be released this August, if memory serves.

thanks for the info.

on an unrelated note: where’d you come up with your signature? It amuses me.

Thanks!

White Wolf: THIS IS IT! THE END! THE WORLD OF DARKNESS IS OVER!
Fans: rejoice Finally! A great ending to the story! Its a wrap!

Two months later…

White Wolf: Look! Its Vampire 4.0. Buy it again… fuckers!

(pardon the minor pitting, but jeeze…)

It is just a set of alternate lyrics to the Major-General’s song from the Pirates of Penzance. I came up with the lyrics one day… I’m not sure why I started to do it, but the challenge of rhyming ‘Gamera’ probably had a lot to do with it.

I recommend checking out the message boards at rpg.net. I distinctly recall a number of threads in rpg open over the last few weeks about this very topic.

And you can bask in the glory that is Snake Gandhi.
