My boss has me clearing out a lot of our surplus postage stamp inventory; probably going to be part of my job for the next two years or more. Our eBay sellers name is
cybercoinsincorporated
or you can just do a regular eBay search for “cybercoins” as I put our name in every description. Examples of the kinds of things we’re running are:
more modern (post 1940) mint US stamps in collections at 70% of face value
50 different First Days Covers at $5.00
collections of world stamps starting at less than a penny each.
Soon I will be able to list some better stamps and covers starting at roughly 10% of catalog. Stuff more along the lines of “baby zeps” and some CSA issues.
If you collect or just use them for craft and scout projects, our sellers list may be worth a bookmark; the quantity of stuff I’m being told to move is amazing. 30 years ago stamps were half our business; now its like 5%. And he just wants me to “make the clutter go away”.
ONE DRAWBACK FOR INTERNATIONAL DOPERS - we’re “US shipping only” on this stuff. I know - I don’t like it much either. But because of size and weight on some of the lots and giving free shipping, it was the only choice.
