Did you know that Kal “just because you’re hung like a horse doesn’t mean you have to do porn” Penn actually has an official position in the Obama administration? That’s right, for the last year he’s been “associate director of the Whie House Office of Public Engagement.” Your guess is as good as mine as to what that actually means.
But his one year stint there is up, and he’s heading back to acting in the role we know him for best. HAROLD AND KUMAR 3 has been given a summer start date and both Penn and John “Sulu” Cho are heading back to reprise their roles, with NPH sure to follow. The film is aiming for a holiday 2011/2012 release, and they’re talking about shooting the thing in 3D.
I’m sure the Sunday morning talking heads will all be discussing the political implications .. does it mean Obama’s slipping amongst the stoner voters?
