We’re listening to a radio station playing disco-era’s forgotten tunes. And, this song comes on “Makin’ It”. My wife says it was used in some movie. She thinks it may been used in one of the “Meatballs” movies. Any takers?

This is funny. I opened this thread because I remember that song and was hoping that’s what you were referring to. I thought it was from a television show, something like Angie, but didn’t realize it was the actual name of a show. Hard to find much information, but Makin’ It aired on ABC in 1979, and apparently went off the air the same year. This is one site I found that lists a cast.

The guy who played the lead in the TV show and sang the song, David Naughton, was also the guy in the old Dr. Pepper commercials. Y’know…prancing down the street and singing “I’m a Pepper, He’s a Pepper,” etc., ad nauseum.
Where Are They Now? is good for useless trivia like that.
