Though the OP wasn’t about chocolate chip cookies, I thought I’d post a gift link to the WaPro 11 chocolate chip cookie recipes which has some variations that are interesting. They don’t all bake at the standard 350 degree oven; some bake the cookies at 300 degrees for like 23 minutes (and leaving the cookies on the baking sheet for an additional hour), while another recipe bakes the cookies for seven minutes but at 390 degrees. A couple weeks ago, WaPo (I’m pretty sure it was them) ran a recipe for one single chocolate chip cookie. One of the reader comments, which I’m hoping was a joke, was, “Can I double the recipe?”
