I hate stupid radio ads where the commercial is them ‘recording’ a commercial.
Add to that commercials of “interviews”
Add to THAT, infomercials of “interviews”, where it looks like some kind of news program but they’re actually hawking colon cleanser.
Add to that, radio commercials of office dwellers talking about the NBC line up for the night.
Stupid.
Add to that the commercials where an actor breaks in STOP the regular commercial with a, earth-shattering announcement.
Or “GOTCHA YA!” billboard advertisements. What that’s telling me is that you currently lack advertisers. The only adverts I seem to notice are the “caught you reading us!” adverts!
I thought that guy went into the custom casket business, not advertising.
How about radio commercials that include the sound effect of a car horn honking, or even worse, a siren? There oughta be a law…
Agreed! That one always annoys me.
Like the AM radio ones where it sounds like your local radio presonality dude is interviewing some B-list celebrity only to find out the celebrity’s responses are pre-recorded and the DJs questions are scripted and then the whole commercial is edited together.
The one I’ve been hearing lately is Tanya Roberts (Midge Pinciotti from That 70s Show) pitching some condos in Vegas.
