Malala Fund

I put this thread in GQ because I am looking for an answer.
I was impressed with Malala, the girl shot by the taliban, when I saw her interviewed. She spoke of a charitable fund, and I wanted to donate. I searched Google for the fund, and saw it mentioned in a Huff-Post article. I figured that by following that link, I was probably in the right place, and not likely to be setting myself up for an internet scam.
The link provided a place to click to donate, which directed me to a site called stayclassy .org. Stayclassy? Huh? I closed the link, and have yet to donate.

So, finally, my question: Am I just a paranoid freak to be put off by the name stayclassy .org?
Does anyone here have experience with, or knowledge of that site?

If you google it, stayclassy.org looks very legit. Hard to be sure but if you look at the Linkedin profile, for example, it seems to be a legitimate fund-raiser for non-profits.

Thank you kayT, I put all thoughts of Ron Burgandy and website legitimacy out of my mind, and pulled the trigger.
(I still think it’s a ridiculous name for the site.)

Yes , intriguing ideals.

"We are raising money so that the lower class can become middle class… but not so much that they destroy the top classes grip on wealth ".

This thread is kicking factual ass!
Mods, my question has been answered, FWIW.

I’ve closed the thread. I’ll reopen if there’s a good reason.
