This is for those that wear business casual over 80% of the time. How many shirts and pants are in your regular rotation?
I currently have 11 shirts and 6 pants in my regular rotation.

I have about 8 pants and probably 15 short-sleeved and 12 long-sleeved shirts.
4 pants and about 15 shirts.
2 pants and about 8 shirts.
15 shirts
8 pants
21 white underclothes (which means I can go 3 weeks between laundry washing of the whites)
I just washed all of my dirty work shirts the other day. There were 20 of them. And there were still some left in the closet. I probably have about 12 pairs of pants that I wear.
4 pants, 8 long sleeved, 10 short sleeved. Also one pair of black shoes and two pairs of brown. It beats the hell out of the job where I had to wear a tie every day. That sucked and the dry cleaning bill was ridiculous.
Three pairs of jeans
Two pairs of dress pants
Probably two dozen short-sleeved shirts
Three long-sleeved shirts
I work as a safety supervisor for a construction company which, happily, means I get to wear jeans just about every day, but basically the official dress code is anything you could wear to the golf club (except shorts) is acceptable. I don’t recall ever wearing a tie to work for any reason, which is awesome.
5-6 pair of pants
~8-10 each short- and long-sleeved shirts.
10 shirts, 7 pants.
I also wear a tie on “Dress Up Friday”. Why? 'Cause I’m weird.
3 pair of jeans
15 shirts (long and short sleeve)
I normally have more shirts but I’m on assignment away from my house and I didn’t feel like bringing everything so I just brought enough for two weeks. Normally I’ll have about 25-30 shirts in my rotation.
Heck, I dunno. 70 shirts and 40 pants or so? A lot.
Not as many as Necros.
Maybe 45 long-sleeved shirts and 20 pants. Just as an exercise, I’m not washing any shirts until I have worn all at least once since the first of the year. Twenty-nine shirts down and it looks like another 15 to go. I am not counting short sleeved shirts here, which would add another 20 or so.
I think I have more shoes than my wife.
Probably about 8 pants and maybe 20-30 shirts. I wear a lot of Brooks Brothers clothes for work. They last forever and never go out of style. Well, more accurately, they always remain in a sort of neutral preppy “non-style”.
My husband, a one-time Doper, has about as much as Ruminator and Rafe.
FYI, I didn’t count my short sleeve shirts in the OP. I can add another 10 -15 short sleeve shirts as well, and can’t wait until the weather allows me to wear them.
3 pairs of pants, ~20 long-sleeved shirts & sweaters. I probably have a slightly smaller number of short-sleeved shirts. More pants are necessary.
