Definitely Bruce Willis, Bill Murray, and Jason Statham. They show that balding can be cool, and even sexy. I shave my head now to combat my thinning hair, and everyone seems to like it when I just have a week or two of growth.

Bruce Willis and Patrick Stewart don’t (usually) have a shaved head, they just get a buzz cut–which is probably the best cut for baldness.
Of course there is always the samurai cut…
Just any guy who doesn’t try to hide it. While I wouldn’t list “bald” as my favorite hair color, well-worn bald is nice (it says “this is me and I’ve got no reason to hide it”).
