Man did Futurama stink last night

Normally I love the show and hate how Fox has treated it, but last night was terrible. I didn’t laugh once.

Bender themed episodes bite my shiny metal butt. :stuck_out_tongue:

Simpsons was good again. Malcom was great- especially the lampooning of the Sims and Soccer Dad’s. heh heh heh.

X-files- eh. I will watch because its ending, but jeese . . . .

It wasn’t the best Futurama ever, but I thought it was pretty good, especially “Now no one will forget how I’m livin’ or my stance on butt!”

–Cliffy

Wow, that’s a little harsh. I thought it was really good. The first part in particular, especially with Bender’s funeral- he was SO in character.

The Egypt part was kind of okay. When Bender got to be pharoah, it picked up. All in all, I liked it quite a bit.

Yeah, I’m with Cliffy. It wasn’t great, but it wasn’t bad. It had a few good lines, like when the slaves were hailing and said “We are dumb.”

What? Well, I thought it was funny.

They said my name! So that part was great.

Bender was too much of an ass though to truely enjoy it.

Eh, C+

Am I the only one who loved it? It wasn’t the best episode of the series, but it was a great Bender episode! Bender is a huge jerk, but that’s what we love him for, isn’t it? I mean, it’s not like Jerkass Homer, Bender was, is, and always shall be the biggest Jerk there ever was! He’s the Jerk none of us would be caught dead being, the completely selfish perfect Jerk. He is the archetype of Jerk.

I don’t see how Bender could ever be too big a Jerk in any episode, being who he is.

There’s always the possibility that some people don’t like Bender. But that would just impossible!

Alright, maybe I should rewright my last critique.

Bender was too successful of an ass to truely enjoy it.

REMEMBER ME!!!

It was a bit slow, but once it got to extraterrestrial Egypt I just loved it.

I loved the mockery of nut job Egypt theories. I almost fell out of my chair when the guy said they had learnt much from the mighty Egyptians.
