Google has failed me, but I seem to remember charts or tables predicting manager salaries based on the amount of their annual budget responsibility. Can anyone help? Thanks.
I believe the chart looks like this:
Profit/Loss: - - - - Expected Salary
Gov’t bailout . . . . . Same salary plus bonus
Loss . . . . . . . . . . . You should pay me more
Break even . . . . . . You should pay me quite a bit more
Profit . . . . . . . . . . . You should pay me a huge amount more
