My 11 year old daughter just got Mancala for her birthday. I have tried to figure out some stradegy to beat her but can’t seem to come up with anything that is consistant and she wins more than I do. I tried searching but only hit on where to buy the game on online games. Is there any basic stradegy to use with this game?
If you play first, you can win pretty easily by preferentially dropping a stone in your repository, capturing one of her stones, or just moving your biggest pile. I haven’t worked out a strategy for going second.
