It sure can matter to the employer for sick days cost and health insurance costs, especially if the employer is self-insured, even if the worker is only WFH.
Not to mention that those who have to go to the office will not be pleased to know about yet another perk the WFH folks get.
Seems odd to consider not having to get a life-saving procedure a “perk”, but that is America today.

You are right that I am totally pro-vax, however, if I was still working and was forced to go back to the office while some folks got to stay home because they didn’t want to get vaccinated, I would be VERY resentful.

I can use left-wing glurg factories, but they give the same news, just with an opposing slant. The point is that mandatory vaccination is being questioned, and this time by someone who just happens to have Brandon for his first time. Hence, the smart alecky slant.
