@Mangetout Is there no option to tell the sponsors about a video you’ve already made but not uploaded, and see if they’d be willing to sponsor it? I’d always assumed that’s how it usually worked.
I don’t suppose they care all that much - but they typically want a sponsor segment in the video talking about their product, and I just don’t want to do that
@Mangetout, thanks for the banana and mincemeat stuffed french toast video. I made it for our breakfast Monday (a snow day) and it was amazing. Of course the all-time favorite recipe you’ve shared has to be the stinging nettle soup. The texture was out of this world.
My gf asked where the french toast recipe came from and I told her the same guy I learned about nettle soup and she remembered you were in the UK! (and the stinging nettle soup was years ago)
Yeah, don’t do that if you can help it. It would be a total waste of your particular talents if you got bogged down with stuff that gave you no joy.
Indeed so - I’ve had my fill of working jobs that tried to destroy me - and my hobbies and assorted interests have been one of the things that most helped me to get through that. It would be the height of folly to turn them into that.
