Today I came across this article: Following the Script: How Drug Reps Make Friends and Influence Doctors | PLOS Medicine
It made me curious to learn more. What are some good books on the subject of manipulation and/or marketing (of the morally questionable variety)?
I have done some googling and I came across the book Mind Control Marketing, but I have not found much else. I would also be interested in any scholarly resources on the subject.
