Margarita-Schmargarita...THIS is a *real* drink

Fenris, I don’t mind agreeing with you, but when you use the exact same words I intended to use, I get a little freaked!

As has been so elegantly stated, vanilla ice cream enhances to flavor of root beer, creating a superb combination of flavors–each element oh, so enjoyable alone–but together, divine. For lunch tomorrow, I intend to have an root beer float.
[hijack] Another good soda for making floats is Orange Crush–with vanilla ice cream, it’s like a liquid Creamcile, only better. No other orange soda tastes as good with ice cream. I’ll stake my childhood memory on that.[/hijack[/]

The local Fred Meyer’s stores sell something called “Outrageous Ginger Brew”, which has an even stronger ginger bite than Reed’s. I wonder if it’s the same thing. I like it very much when the mood takes me for a bold, in-your-face ginger taste, instead of a silky smooth Vernor’s. There are actually several different ginger drinks that I enjoy at different times and for different reasons.

The last thing I want to do is start the Ginger Ale Wars up again. Zenster still hasn’t spoken to me since I dissed Boyleston’s that one time. So I’ll tell you what Fenris; if you and I are ever in the same place at the same time, I’ll have a Shirley Temple with ya’, made with Canada Dry, my treat.
