I take it you’ve never seen Tosh.0, which largely consists of people getting hurt doing even more idiotic things - many of whom appear on the show to share in the joke.
If that girl wants to make money from people making fun of her she should send it in to Tosh.

Probably bad. BUT, if he releases a video of himself jumping off a roof, he could turn this thing around.
If he misses the pool, he can milk it for sympathy; and if he makes the jump successfully, he can establish that he’s a bad-ass.

I saw one where a guy jumped off a house to try to hit a medicine ball on his ass and flat-out missed. He was screaming in pain. I bet he broke his tail-bone and/or pelvis. Really awful injury, and incredibly stupid.

The funny part is not the stupid risk or bad decision making, tons of people do that around here, usually while drunk of their ass. The funny part is jumping of a roof and forgetting to jump, she missed a jump a five year old would have no trouble making. And sorry but yeah, watching people failing miserably at doing something stupid yet incredibly easy is terribly funny.

Incredibly easy? A five-year-old could do? I think you might be underestimating that jump. It might not be particularly difficult in the broad world of jumps ever attempted, but I think it’s likely that a large percentage of people attempting such a jump would fail.
I don’t know if it makes much of a difference. This is, I think, more of an attempt to pressure him than anything else, to swing more conservative for the rest of his term. And he might decide not to run again in 2 years. After all, he’ll be 79 and in office for 30 years. He might decide it’s time to retire.
That is IMHO the most likely reason for the censorship, it is the equivalent of the Treasure Island’s black spot letter among the pirates. You are out, either you leave or we will [del]make you walk the plank… Arrr[/del] depose you in the primaries with a real [del]Black Beard[/del] tea partier.
To which the most measured and rational political response would be: Arrghhh, ye scurvy seadogs! Hard aport and hoist the Jolly Roger!
