Can I advertise my almost complete Time Machine for sale on the Market Place?

Actually, I bought it last Thursday when the ad was placed tomorrow.
Almost complete? Why don’t you wait until it’s done, then bring it back and sell it today?
Well, I lied. I haven’t started it yet. But when it is almost finished I will go back and start this thread.

I tried to order but I was told it will be back ordered next week and to expect delivery in time for Christmas 2009.
