User Markxxx has been banned for using multiple accounts.
A few weeks ago the staff warned Markxxx for repeatedly linking to his cartoons. We encourage Dopers to use this board to express themselves creatively and get feedback on their work, but Markxxx had done this in more than 100 threads for many years (unsolicited, and without mentioning that it was his own work) in what appeared to be an effort to promote the work. Unfortunately Markxxx responded to this warning by creating an alternate account. Since he’s a long-time member of the board, we tried to get in touch with him to discuss the issue. He hasn’t responded and we recently found a third account. The main account and both socks have been banned.
