Marley, why is this comment said with your moderator hat on?

Let’s not exclude the possibility: Maybe Robin did not even make a mistake. Maybe it was time and he knew it.

I’m going to ask you what this means. I’m not sure I should do that given some of the hijacks and inflammatory remarks in this thread, but just for the hell of it- what does that mean?

If you don’t know what “it’s time to go” means in this context, then thank whatever God you pray to. “It’s time to go” is what the voice in a depression sufferer’s head says upon waking, throughout the day and instead of counting sheep at night.

BrainGlutton didn’t say “it’s time to go.” He said “maybe it was time and he knew it,” and somehow this contradicts the idea of his death being “a mistake.” I don’t know what that is supposed to mean, which is why I asked him to explain. Maybe he meant what you were saying, but I can’t tell.

A thoroughly appropriate response, and I am with you on not understanding BrainGlutton. But why did you post that while “Moderating”?

The Second Stone posted his guess at the meaning, and it’s thoroughly in line with the ongoing discussion of depression. What are you moderating?

I was asking BrainGlutton to respond and explain himself only if it wouldn’t hijack the thread again or violate the instructions twickster and I had posted. I realize that’s vague, but since I couldn’t figure out what the hell he was saying, I couldn’t be any more specific and I wasn’t going to encourage anyone to break the rules.

You know what, nevermind - that was just a mistake. I thought I’d added the moderating tag to my post to BrainGlutton, but I didn’t. It makes no sense on the other post and I’ll take it out.
