I can think of several reasons why Martin didn’t go back to Green’s house, but I don’t have any evidence for any one of them.

It’s been in the news for weeks that O’Mara is going to ask for the charges to be dismissed.
It isn’t clear to me if the prosecution could refile the charges if they are dismissed for insufficient evidence and I think they can refile for manslaughter if they can’t refile for 2nd degree.
Before the jury at trial is sworn in, dismissing the charges for any reason does not raise any double jeopardy concerns.
It’s likely that if the charges are dismissed based on the results of an SYG hearing, that result becomes the law of the case and charges may not be refiled.

I am rather disappointed that it doesn’t mention Zimmerman’s cell phone records.
I’m curious to see Zimmerman’s computer records as well as a blow-by-blow of Zimmerman’s college transcript. There’s rumors on the Internet that black gay porn was found on Zimmerman’s computer. There’s no doubt Trayvon Martin (a 17 year old) whooped George Zimmerman (a 28 year old) like an escaped slave but this gem provides some a glimpse as to why it was done. Perhaps George made a sexual advance to Trayvon which facilitated the confrontation.

well to start with you have Trayvon’s Girlfriend’s account of the exchange between the two of them. From there you’re suggesting a closet gay man called the police to report a future sexual advance.
I just want to point out that I totally (if utterly facetiously) called this MONTHS ago.
I don’t know what happened. The peanut gallery espouses that Trayvon “brutally” attacked Zimmerman without cause because Trayvon is a thug, a ruffian, and a gangster. This motive doesn’t pass the sniff test and suggest that there was a real, proximate cause for the physical altercation. If George Zimmerman is attracted to black males, he might have propositioned Trayvon for some that ghetto, thug dick (Or as white people affectionally call it: cock). Given that Zimmerman grew up sexually assaulting his cousin, it doesn’t strike me as unreasonable that he felt he could approach a minor and demand sexual favors without repercussion.

This rumor was started by someone who set up a blog (his first posting), and it spread. Did he pull this information out of the ether of his own madness, or was it tongue in cheek, or even have some reality to it? Without proof, they’re just words formed into sentences.
And that passes the sniff test for you? You might want to have your olfactory sense checked.
Shit, Zimmerman is an idiot, but he can’t possibly be stupid enough to call the cops to the scene of his own sexual assault.
Even assuming this rumor is true, I would think one would need something in the way of evidence that Zimmerman made an advance to Martin. Even Dee Dee doesn’t claim that. And, as pointed out, it doesn’t seem likely that Zimmerman would call 911 to report a suspicious male if all he wanted to do was make sexual advances to him.
If, as I said, this is true. And that is not a small If.
